Special events and entertainment production company that develops, produces, manages and executes high-profile events by combining the expertise of industry professionals to maximize production efficiency with the best resources available to artists and event sponsors. Clients receive full-service management, professional administration and logistics, as well as the benefit of a fully integrated production resource team with an in-depth understanding and familiarity of the artistic and production goals of musicians and performers. Demographics and marketing strategies are incorporated into planning every production.

The company has provided design, layout and install of audio and lighting systems for a range of venues and clients as diverse as Davis Marketing Research, Carnival Cruise Lines, Wavelength System Designs and The United States Government. Installations have included high-end video, audio, lighting, alarm, surveillance and closed circuit communication. The Special Services Group has consulted on projects from both the user and installer perspective.

The Special Services Group has provided production labor for select clients in the South Florida area for the last twelve years. Stagehands, Camera Operators, Audio and Lighting leads, Video technicians and Directors, Production Assistants, Seamstresses and Production Coordinators have been provided for the preparation and implementation of some of the highest profile events in the country. Labor is provided to clients with all taxes and insurance paid. The Special Services Group satisfies the highest standards in labor procurement, maintaining good relations with labor unions, whether providing union or non-union labor, in work-alone or work-alongside situations.

Program Director for the rental division of MARS Music, a nationwide retail chain. Program Director responsibilities includes inventory, budget, staffing, invention and implementation of all procedures involving rental of pro-audio and musical instruments to events

Tour Manager with responsibilities including the direction of travel, install and dismantle and all aspects of production for 10-city promotional tour for the very popular cable television channel, Animal Planet.

GEMINI SOUND PRODUCTS,

Responsibilities included the overseeing of all Special Events, endorsee relations, concert and event production, department oriented financial and budgetary reports, coordination of marketing and unveiling of new products (disc jockey oriented equipment)

Tradeshow Coordination - Management and deployment of personnel, space negotiation, creative design and display installations

Designed and installed Psychedelic Decor Lighting for Gemini Sounds' promotional efforts at the Aqua Hotel in Miami Beach. Coordinated disc jockey equipment dispersal throughout Gemini's citywide promotions for during the week-long Winter Music Conference.

National Association of Music Merchants, Nashville, TN and Anaheim, CA January and July of 2000 and 2001 Designed, installed, coordinated and staffed Gemini Sounds' tradeshow booth for this giant industry convention. Gemini's efforts at this show are usually quite extensive with the booth generally encompassing such implements as Jacuzzi, go-go dancer platforms, football stadium themed environments and oh yeah, tradeshow product display.

Lighting Dimensions International, November of 1999, 2000 and 2001. Designed, installed, and coordinated Gemini Sounds' tradeshow booth for this giant lighting industry convention.

Gemini's 2000 Swimsuit Calendar, Santa Barbara and Catalina Island, CA, Summer 2000. Produced photo shoots for annual swimsuit calendar.

Site development was a challenge as locations were remote and all production including talent was brought in through rather creative means.
