The Special Services Group coordinated several key components of the

marathon including the Miles of Music, The Carbo-Load Dinner and the

post-race party for over 10 years.

This is a shot of Eric freezing in the bleachers at what would have been a great

spot to watch President Obama's Inaugural Parade, the 1000 block of

Pennsylvania Avenue, Washington DC .  This shot was taken two

days before the Inauguration.

This is a shot taken by the piano tuner from the view of the Steinway

used at President Obama's swearing-in ceremony.

This is a shot taken at the Gospel Brunch the Sunday before President Obama’s

Inaugural. The brunch featured Carole King and a 90- person choir.  In this shot

with Eric are Dr. Paul Flak and Dr. Millie Garcia, President of California

State University Dominguez Hills and possibly the nations’

hottest university president.
